Neighborhood Health will be: addressing various urgent needs, providing medical screenings, performing lab tests, providing referrals and follow-up care, and administering immunizations.
The Early Detection and Prevention Program will be providing: Colorectal Screenings via Fit Kits, Breast and Cervical Cancer health information, and Wise Woman (Heart Health) information.
The Wallingford Health Department will also be providing information and resources as well..
