20 ounces of cola is 227 calories vs sparkling water with natural lemon at 0 calories! 12 ounce fruit punch is 192 calories vs seltzer water with 2 ounces of pure orange juice at 30 calories. A normal 12 ounce sports drink is 320 calories. Whole chocolate milk is 208 calories vs chocolate milk with 1% low fat at 105 calories.

Smoothies can add extra calories, be aware of those that can! Don't add extra sugar to your smoothie; if you are ordering at a restaurant ask them to hold the extra sugar. Just use fruit juice (100% juice), and yogurt and order a small size rather than an extra large or even large.
