There is a new and free support group for people who have just quit smoking and are having trouble staying quit. The purpose is to share experiences and to support one another's efforts. The program will also include tips on weight management and stress reduction. The group will meet every Tuesday from 1-2 p.m. at the Meriden Health Department, 165 Miller Street, Meriden, CT 06450. Activities will include open discussion, videos, buddy system and possible guest speakers. Everyone is invited to attend. Registration is ongoing. To register, call Debbie Roman at (203) 630-4104.
