Free Smoking Cessation Program at the Meriden Public Library

We offer a free smoking cessation program for those looking to quit. Both one-on-one and group sessions are available. A meet-up group called "Tobacco Free Tuesdays" meets at the Health Department on Tuesday nights from 5:30-6:30pm. Free nicotine replacement therapies, including the patch, gum, or lozenge, are available for those who enroll in the program. Funding for this program is provided by the Connecticut Department of Public Health Tobacco Use Prevention and Control Program. Please call the Cessation Counselor at 203-630-4003 for more information. Starting in January we will be offering smoking cessation group programs en Espa�ol!
