Calcagni Associates Real Estate Named a "Top Workplace" for Second Year in a Row

Calcagni Associates, New Haven County's leading independent real estate company, announced today that it was named as a Top Workplace in Connecticut for the second year in a row. Each year Workplace Dynamics, a Pennsylvania-based human resources company that consults with leading newspapers around the nation, seeks nominations for the best workplaces to identify exceptional employers and celebrate their best practices. Results are tabulated and the top finishers are listed on www.ctpost.com. The program is based on survey feedback from Calcagni agents and staff, and asks about the company's values and corporate culture. Results are tabulated on key areas such the direction of the company, conditions of the workplace, career opportunities, management, and pay and benefits.When employees were asked what they like most about their job at Calcagni Associates, agents and staff demonstrated appreciation for the meaningfulness of their work, the people they work with, as well as for their managers. Comments from Calcagni realtors and staff included:
