Kinder-Garden Learning Center, Inc. celebrates its fifth anniversary with an Accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). This prestigious recognition has been achieved by approximately 7% of early childhood programs nationwide. NAEYC Accreditation began in 1986 and was established by early childhood professionals dedicated to improvement of quality early childhood education. The Kinder-Garden Learning Center is now one of only two full-service childcare providers in the City of Meriden with this distinction. When choosing a childcare or early education program for their children, parents can look for the symbolic torch from NAEYC and know that the facility has made a commitment to excellence to young children and families. Maria Neubauer, director of the KGLC, is excited about the distinguished honor and grateful that her staff has received the recognition which they deserve.
