The Small Business Administration is making short-term loans available to fuel oil businesses which are experiencing cash-flow problems because of the current high price of fuel oil. Loans with SBA guarantees will be made available under the agency's 7(a) Program. The loans carry a one-quarter percent fee and can be guaranteed for up to $750,000 for 12 months or less.
