Communication Before the Digital Age Exhibit

The Meriden Historical Society presents an exhibit entitled "Communication Before the Digital Age" at the Andrews Homestead, 424 W. Main St., Meriden from 11 am to 3 pm on October 8th, 14th, 15th, 22nd, 28th, & 29th, 2017.

The "digital age", also called the "information age", is defined as the time period starting in the 1970s with the introduction of the personal computer with subsequent technology introduced providing the ability to transfer information freely and quickly. The Public is invited to view items and images of the way we used to communicate before the Internet and personal computers made their way into our lives.
