Congratulations Officer Fred Rivera

NIU Ofc. Fred Rivera was the recipient of a special award from the CT General Assembly on Thursday Feb 23rd at the monthly social session in South Meriden. Meriden City Councilor Cathy Battista presented Officer Rivera with the Official Citation for his service to the community on behalf of the State Delegation who were in session that evening. This was a very well deserved award to an NIU Officer who goes above and beyond what is expected of him. Pictures are available for viewing.
