Cox Communications joined forces with MTV's "Choos ...

Cox Communications joined forces with MTV's "Choose or Lose 2000" political voter registration campaign in an effort to encourage voter registration and also voting among 18 to 24-year-olds in the state. They sponsored a voter registration drive on July 29th from 11am-1pm at Langan Volkswagen on Route 5. Giveaways included T-shirts, literature was distributed and staff from the Secretary of State Susan Bysiewicz's office offered assistance.
