Great News for Meriden, Wallingford and Berlin as NHHS Rail Program Achieves Major Milestone

On August 15th, the Connecticut Department of Transportation received a signed Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Programmatic Agreement from the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) for the NHHS Rail Program's Environmental Assessment/Environmental Impact Evaluation (EA/EIE).
