125th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION DINNER & AWARDS

MIDSTATE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ANNNOUNCES DATE FOR 125th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION DINNER & AWARDS ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2021.The Midstate Chamber of Commerce has secured a date for their milestone 125th Anniversary Dinner & Awards. The event will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at The Aqua Turf Club.
Following the guidance of our city and state officials in consideration of the current public health emergency, the Board of Directors of the Midstate Chamber of Commerce had voted unanimously to postpone the 124th Annual Meeting, Dinner, Awards and Silent Auction that had been scheduled for Spring 2020.
Attendees of the special event will mingle with fellow chamber members: the "who's who" of the business community ~ and leaders in the region while celebrating 2020 award honorees. In addition, ALL members, past, present and future, will be celebrated at the 125th Anniversary Affair, and the Awards Committee has recommended additional awards to recognize exceptional leadership amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Nominations will open for these awards in the coming months. Save the date and look for more details coming soon!

1. 24th Annual Large Business Leadership Awards: Russell Hall Company and Aqua Turf Club
2. 19th Annual Small Business Leadership Award: V. Czapiga & Son
3. The 28th Community Partnership Award: Emil "Buddy" Altobello
4. The 7th Special Achievement in Innovation Award will be presented to Meriden Farmer's Market
5. The 7th Excellence in Education Award: Dr. Miguel Cardona, Past Commissioner of Education, State of Connecticut � Current United States Secretary of Education
