Tamara Lauritano is the new manager of early childhood programs. She has worked in early childhood education for 14 years, most recently in West Haven. Patricia Ladner has been in charge of fiscal operations and will also be the director of administrative services, including employee benefits. She worked for KUHN Employment Opportunities for 13 years and serves on the board of directors of Girls Inc. Pam Dove is the new director of Open DOHR (Developing Opportunities in Human Resources). She previously served in a welfare-to-work program in Hartford. Open DOHR has been reinstated after a four-month interruption due to cuts in state funding. It was attended by community leaders such as Mayor Benigni, City Councilmember Rohde and Meriden Public Library Director Marcia Trotta, who were all pleased to be working with the new officers.
