Funding and Services for Homeless Youth

The Meriden-Middlesex-Wallingford Coordinated Access Network (MMW CAN) has special funding and services to assist Youth (18-24 y/o) who are experiencing housing instability. If Youth are in need of homelessness and housing stabilization, we are here to help. Assistance we can offer may include security deposits to secure an apartment, access to shelter, or resources to make another living arrangement more stable and safe.Youth may begin by contacting 2-1-1, then pressing 3 and then 1 to reach the HOUSING CRISIS line. They'll be scheduled for a CAN appt. w/in 24 hrs. They can also be connected directly with the MMW CAN Youth Navigator if their situation is urgent.
