Silver City Bistro- "Proudly Student Made"

December 6, 2021

Here our Culinary Arts students not only prepare meals for staff and students, but also for the public! Our budding chefs help research, write and produce daily menus working under Chef Collin, Chef Ahern and Chef Barnes. Come by and sample local students works of art.

Currently, we are not allowed to have customers in our dining room, but we are offering curbside pickup. We have three windows available; 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. We are open Tues, Thursday and Friday. Menus are updated daily and ordering guidelines are attached to the email. Simply email ryan.barnes@cttech.org to be placed on the email list to receive the menus.

Let us cater your next event. Our students practice quantity foodservice and can accommodate your needs. We are available for curbside pickup of large orders. Please email ryan.barnes@cttech.org or call (203) 317-5873 for pricing.

Finish off your meal with some loving from our oven. Our bakery produces top notch cookies, cakes and pastries for your next function and can personalize per request. Please email frank.ahern@cttech.org or call (203) 317-5874 for pricing and to place orders.

We look forward to showcasing why you should eat lunch here and can't wait to see you!
