The Village at Kensington Place recently announced the appointment of Pat Yario of Southington as Nurse Manager. She will be responsible for managing all nursing department personnel, generating C.N.A. daily assignments, maintaining relationships with residents and their family members, completing resident service care plans, and monitoring resident's medical records for accuracy and compliance with Connecticut State regulations. Prior to joining the Village team, Yario was Quality Assurance Manager and Corporate Compliance Officer for MidState V.N.A. where she was responsible for ongoing maintenance and continual development of the Quality Improvement Program, as well as overseeing documentation and regulatory and accreditation requirements. Ms. Yario is a graduate of Saint Anslem College of New Hampshire, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
