The Connecticut Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program, operating under a grant received through MidState Medical Center, can provide FREE mammograms to women who are over 40, who have no health insurance or limited health insurance and whose income meets the program guidelines. They can also provide FREE Pap smears for cervical cancer screening. These important health tests should not be neglected.
