TriCircle Offers Monthly Beginners Yoga at Diversafit

Recharge and practice self-care with beginners gentle yoga. Free your mind and body, gain strength, flexibility, confidence, and inner peace.No cost to attendees. Floor space is limited to the first 10 people. Mats, bolsters, and rolled towels are suggested but not required. 12pm-1pm on the last Saturdays of each month at DiversaFit Studios, 549 Center St., Wallingford, CT 06492.
