Meriden-based advertising agency, The BCB Group, Inc is proud to announce that Mark Krantz has joined the agency as Director of Client Services. "We are tremendously excited that Mark is joining BCB," said Joseph Bunovsky Sr., President of BCB. "Mark will be a strong addition to our agency. He has terrific strategic instincts, is marketing savvy and has a solid track record of building strong relationships with clients and helping them grow their brands with great advertising."Krantz comes to BCB from DCA Advertising, part of Dentsu Worldwide, New York, where he was most recently Senior Vice President and Group Account Director. In his 5 years there, he has worked with major national clients including Canon U.S.A., Shiseido Cosmetics, Japan Airlines and Butler Oral Care. Before coming to DCA, he spent fourteen years at Grey Advertising, New York, in various account management positions. While at Grey, Krantz had the opportunity to work on several highly visible television and print campaigns including "Talking Fruits" for Fruit of the Loom Underwear and the "Andre Agassi" series for Canon Cameras.
"My decision to come here was based on looking to the future, however, and not the past," said Krantz. "I have great respect for the top agencies, but they're built to work with huge clients. I believe that agencies like BCB are far better suited to be true marketing partners with more entrepreneurial, faster growing companies. That's where the business is going and how I see my role."
Mark currently lives in Manhattan with his wife and 10-year-old son.
