UNAPEN's Joan Walker participates in the Quinnipiac University Hackathon!

QCC's Hackathon is a semi-annual event that promotes collaboration between engineering students in a simulated environment. Students are given a theme and compete against other teams in order to complete a project that is aligned with said theme. After completion, students present their projects to faculty and other teams as a way to build confidence and verbal technical communication of their ideas and methods. This event promotes not only creativity, but critical thinking in order to capture their ambitions.During this event, we will be providing food and drinks to keep students engaged and comfortable. Additionally, many faculty members provide students with credit for attending our event. This Hackathon brings together Quinnipiac's most ambitious engineering students, and is a great way for any employer to scout out any promising talent and connect with our institution.
