Publisher Eliot C. White announced that, effective April 30th, Denise Boisvert and Ray Roy have been named Vice Presidents of the paper. As vice president of Production, Ms. Bosivert will now also oversee the graphics, press and distribution departments. Mr. Roy, as vice president of advertising, will cover retail, classified and national advertising, inserts and sales of all other newspaper products. He joined the newspaper in April of 1994 as retail ad manage and was promoted to advertising manager in March of 1995. Congratulations to Ray, who has been an invaluable Co-Chairman of the Chamber's Marketing & Publicity Committee, which created the new format of the Chamber newsletter.
