Cesar Abreu Joins Ion Bank as Wallingford Branch Manager

Ion Bank welcomes Cesar Abreu, AVP, Branch Manager of their Wallingford Branch. Mr. Abreu is a proactive, customer focused banking professional who is passionate about building customer relationships. He will support and develop the staff, delve into community involvement and work to grow new business."Cesar's experience in providing financial services and retail banking will enable him to help businesses, individuals, and families attain their financial goals. He prides himself on the level of personalized service he gives to all," said Laura Gallinoto, Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Manager.
Mr. Abreu brings over 10 years of branch managing experience to Ion Bank. He was most recently a Branch Manager at KeyBank in Cheshire. Mr. Abreu is a United States Marine Corp E-4 graduate. He is currently a North Haven resident.
