The Meriden YMCA's Fall I Session

Registration begins September 7th and continues through October 23rd. Register for Soccer, Flag Football, Parent & Child Yoga, American Red Cross Babysitting Class, The Mess Laboratory, Ballroom Dancing, Childrens's Dance, Kettlebell Personal Fitness Class, Get Real Weight Management Program, Beginner Quilting, Power Yoga, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Gymnastics Lessons and Team, Racquetball, Karate (tots to adults), Youth and Adult Golf Lessons, Middle School Strength Training, Hatha Yoga, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program and Healthways SilverSneakers Firness Program.
