Register now for the Spring Session at the Meriden YMCA

Register now for the Meriden YMCA's Spring I Session which begins March 1st and continues until April 17th. Programs include: youth basketball league, parent and child yoga, yoga for adults, youth & adult golf lessons, swim lessons for children and adults, swim team, aqua aerobics, gymnastics lessons and team, Kettlebell Personal Fitness, middle school strength training, elementary and middle school racquetball lessons, pilates, karate (tots through adults), Ballroom Dance, Hip Hop Dance, cardiac rehabilitation, SilverSneakers�, Little Chef's Cooking Classes, ,Kidz Art, and Get Real Weight Management Class.
