New Spinning Bikes and Classes at the Meriden YMCA

The Meriden YMCA is very excited to announce the arrival of our new spinning bikes and addition of two more spinning classes. Spinning is now available Monday at 4:25 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., Thursday at 6:30 p.m., Friday at 9:30 a.m., and Saturday at 8:00 a.m. Spinning classes are free for members.
