Get Real Weight Management Program

Are you overwhelmed with all of the diet and exercise information out there? Are you tired of diet programs that restrict you from enjoying meals with your family. It's time to Get Real with a nutrition and exercise program that will help you manage your weight. Workouts, nutrition, guest speakers and healthy cooking demos are all part of this program which is designed for both men and women. The class is FREE for full YMCA members and only $12 per month for non members. Classes start March 9th at our South Meriden facility at 145 Main Street and have ongoing enrollment. Sign up today!
