Yale New Haven Health System Makes Portion of Meriden Mall "HOME"

Meriden Mall, whose leasing and management efforts are overseen by Mason Asset Management and Namdar Realty Group, is pleased to welcome Yale New Haven Health to the growing list of tenants at the mall. The previously unoccupied Macy's store attached to the Mall is now fully owned by Yale New Haven Health System and will be repurposed as a retail health facility. We are committed to the future of Meriden and its use as a community destination. The Yale New Haven Health System will provide five times more employees to the mall, increasing overall foot traffic to the center. Our team is committed to utilizing our shopping centers to the needs of their communities, even beyond the retail realm. This health center will provide a unique boost to our current tenants in the mall.
