Gallery 53 Director Barbara Ryan was the featured artist in "Excursions II", an exhibition at the Meriden Public Library in June. Barbara, who became Director in January, has displayed her works in New York City, Mystic, Old Saybrook, Middletown and at the Gallery. Victoria Navin, Community Affairs Director for the Library, was eager to showcase Barbara's work, which is unusual for its monotype medium.
