Gallery 53 Renovation Update

Gallery 53 wishes to thank the Meriden City Council for approving ARPA funding for Phase II & Phase III of their renovation/restoration project! They can now replace their ancient elevator and make access/egress improvements required for code compliance.Construction is expected to kick off in January with the installation of the new elevator. Our gallery, gift shop and pottery studio will remain open during construction, but scheduling in our studio and meeting room will be minimal. We are making every effort to minimize inconvenience for our members, students, teachers, and staff.
These necessary renovations will give us more space, accessible for all, allowing us to serve you better. Thank you to the Meriden City Council and everyone in the community who supported this crucial project to help keep art ALIVE in Meriden!
