Kiwanis Club of Meriden - Kiwanis Kapers Community Talent Auditions

The Kiwanis Club of Meriden is sponsoring a community-wide talent search. Children and adults who can sing, dance, play an instrument or have any talent to showcase, are invited to take part in one of two community auditions to be held at Hunter's Ambulance Training Center, 450 West Main Street in Meriden on August 30th and October 4th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Semi-finalists will be chosen after the auditions have been completed and will go on to participate in the Grand Finale which will be held during the 63rd Annual Kiwanis Kapers show scheduled for November 14th and 15th, 2014. The audience will select one Grand Prize Youth and one Grand Prize Adult act each night. Grand Prize Winners will receive local publicity and will be awarded a $250 cash prize and trophy. Pre-registration is strongly suggested, however, walk-in registrants will be accepted at each audition date from 9:00 AM to Noon.Click here for entry forms and a complete listing of rules or you may contact Liz Fast at (203)427-3722.
