A&A Office Systems Getting Ready to Open New 12,000 Square Foot Facility

A&A Office Systems is nearing completion of its new, 12,000 square foot facility adjacent to its headquarters at 909 Middle Street in Middletown, CT. The new facility, located at 25 Bradley Street in Middletown, will house the Customer Service and Document Service Centers. The Customer Service Center combines the equipment service, equipment setup and equipment installation teams along with the logistics team to better foster coordination among the groups and improve customer service. The IT helpdesk will also be located in the facility. The Document Service Center is where all of the client document scanning and production occurs.It is a secure facility and includes 5,000 square feet of production floor space with a high speed scanning POD, a document preparation area and several high speed production copiers. The DSC also contains 2,000 square feet of ultra-secure document storage. This allows A&A to securely store imaging or copying jobs while they are in process as well as provide long term storage to clients for their documents. Our current headquarters will house the Sales and Administration teams along with a new product showroom. Our new facility will officially be open on June 10, 2013 with the two business units transitioning to the space in the coming weeks.
