Tom Harte, owner of Harte Chevrolet in Meriden, announced that Nicole Papale of Meriden was named the grand prize winner in a special promotion. The winning entry was selected at random during the promotional contest. Miss Papale won a new midget car. She has been an avid Silver City Quarter Midget racer for three years and is one of the top qualifiers for the sport. She is eight years old and third-grade student at Yalesville Elementary School. Mr. Harte is the third generation owner and operator of the dealership which has been in business since 1951 and is located at 341 South Broad Street in Meriden.
