Zavaski Insurance Agency Acquired by The SIG Insurance Agencies

Zavaski began his insurance career in 1976 with Metropolitan Life after graduating from Nichols College in Massachusetts. Most recently, Zavaski has been an Agency Principal with Nationwide Insurance for 24 years. The SIG organization (also affiliated with Nationwide) has acquired his agency's book of business. The Agency's clientele will continue to be serviced by Mr. Zavaski and his people so there will be NO interruption in the quality of service the clients have grown accustomed to.

The firm has five (5) locations and Ed will be based out of their Cheshire office. Throughout his career, Zavaski has taught new agent & experienced agent schools, developed scratch agencies into successful operations, managed people, and moderated seminar selling operations.

As far as community involvement goes, he is a commissioner of the Town of Wallingford Economic Development commission, Vice Chairman of the Midstate Chamber of Commerce in Meriden, Board of Director for HUBCAP in Wallingford, Rotarian, and a professional musician.
