American Job Center announces Job Center Services

Jobseekers in South-Central Connecticut qualify for programs and services. These are just a few offered:Career Research Hubs have one-hour times available for those who can use a computer and work independently with minimal supervision. Appts are available Mon-Fri 9:30am-3:30pm. Computer labs are open for job search, resume writing, coping, or other job-search related activities.
Project CEO brings skills to youth and young adults. This is open to ages 16-24 years old. Contact coordinator Kaliuha Spears-Burgess at 203-624-1493 x228.
Easily access services from their on-site partners: CT Department of Labor, Bureau of Rehabilitation Services, Literacy Volunteers, Assurance Wireless, Job Corps, Bureau of Education and Services for the Blind, Adult & Continuing Education, Women and Families Center, Mortgage Crisis Job Training Program.
