Jobs at New Haven Community Learning Hubs

December 14, 2020

Unemployed and under-employed people laid off or unable to return to their previous job because of the pandemic can apply for jobs with the New Haven's Community Learning Hubs that help remote learners and their families.

Workforce Alliance and the American Job Centers are screening applicants and funding temporary positions that will run through June 2021 at Hubs at the Boys & Girls Club of New Haven, the Central CT Coast YMCA, H.O.P.E. Inc. and the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen (DESK).

The Community Learning Hubs are safe spaces for New Haven children in 1st-9th grades to go to during the school day for supervised distance learning with high-speed internet access, social support and enrichment. The Hubs are coordinated by the Clifford Beers organization.
