January Classes at Diversified Physical Therapy

- Crystal Bowl Meditation on Friday, January 13th at 5:30 pm - This month we are doing a Shaman Journey! Join Michelle for meditation and relaxation. The soothing tones of crystal bowls can help with pain or just help you get into a deep state of relaxation. Call or email to register: $20 with registration, $15 if you bring a new friend and $25 at the door.

- Core Stability - Mondays at 6:15pm. Join Michelle Thibeault, PT to improve your strength, balance and mobility. This class is especially good for you if you have back pain, but is open to all who want to exercise in a fun, mid-level paced group. The class is ongoing. Drop in at any time for $15 or buy a class card 5 classes for $50 or 11 classes for $100. Class cards do not expire! .

- InnerGarden Yoga- Wednesdays at 7pm. Karen Lombardi, RYT hosts an Iyengar based style that emphasizes proper alignment of the spine and pelvis. Enjoy homemade chai to celebrate the full moon monthly. $10 per class. Feel free to drop in! Last class until next year on 12/7 and instead of payment a donation of a non perishable food item can be made. Contact Karen for more information 203-687-7750 or email dotty1@cox.net.

- Yoga with Debbie - Thursdays at 5:30pm. This is an all levels Vinyasa class of mindfully sequenced poses, focusing on using the breath to encourage movement to regain space within the body and quiet the mind. A great class for beginners! $10 per class. Call 203-213-3622 for more information. .

There are so many positive benefits to getting massage!

- DPT Gym- For only $25 per month you can use the equipment at DPT anytime the office is open, as often as you like. We have a treadmill, recumbent bike, lifecycle, total gym, free weights, therabands, ankle weights, foam roller, Bosu and balls of all weights and sizes. Pay per month with no extra fees and no commitment. Friendly atmosphere!
