Weekly Classes at Diversified Physical Therapy for October

Diversified Physical Therapy offers a variety of classes on a weekly basis. Please stop by and join one of these classes:- Core Stability on Mondays at 6:15 pm - Join Michelle Thibeault, PT to improve your strength, balance and mobility. This class is especially good for you if you have back pain or if you want to improve your balance. The class is ongoing. Drop in at any time for $15 or buy a class card 5 classes for $50 or 11 classes for $100. Class cards do not expire! Call for more information 203-630-3939.
- InnerGarden Yoga on Wednesdays at 7pm. - Karen Lombardi, RYT hosts an Iyengar based style that emphasizes proper alignment of the spine and pelvis. Enjoy homemade chai to celebrate the full moon monthly. $10 per class. Contact Karen for more information 203-687-7750 or email dotty1@cox.net
- Yoga with Debbie on Wednesdays at 5:30pm - This is an all levels Vinyasa class of mindfully sequenced poses, focusing on using the breath to encourage movement to regain space within the body and quiet the mind. A great class for beginners! $10 per class. Call 203-213-3622 for more information.
