Summer Programs at DPT

Yoga with Debbie - Wednesdays at 5:30pm. This is an all levels Vinyasa class of mindfully sequenced poses, focusing on using the breath to encourage movement to regain space within the body and quiet the mind. Therapeutic Massage- Licensed Massage Therapists from Central CT Massage and Wellness are taking appointments for massage. They have offices on the 2nd floor of DPT. DPT Gym- For only $25 per month you can use the equipment at DPT anytime the office is open, as often as you like. We have a treadmill, recumbent bike, lifecycle, total gym, free weights, therabands, ankle weights, foam roller, Bosu and balls of all weights and sizes.
