October is Physical Therapy Month! DPT can help you get healthy. Come check out one of our classes!- Core Stability - Mondays at 6:15pm. Join Michelle to improve your strength, balance and mobility.
- InnerGarden Yoga- Wednesdays at 7pm. Karen Lombardi, RYT hosts an Iyengar based style that emphasizes proper alignment of the spine and pelvis.
- Beginner Belly Dance- Thursdays at 7pm. Posture, rhythms and basic middle eastern movements will be practiced. Drop in for $15. Call or text Maroznia for details 860-302-6238.
- Crystal Bowl Meditation- held on the 1st Friday of every month. Join Michelle for meditation and relaxation! Call or email to register: 203-630-3939. $20 with registration, $15 if you bring a new friend and $25 at the door. Next Meditation will be Friday November 7th.
