Ulbrich Boys & Girls Club now Registering Members for 2016-2017 After School Program

The Ulbrich Boys & Girls Club is now registering members for the 2016-2017 After School Program. Here are a few things that you need to know:

- The After School Program membership fee is $75 for the entire school year. If you already renewed your membership on or before May 18th, 2016 at the cost of $50, then you will be grandfathered into the new policy. You will have to notify Club Staff that your child will attend the 2016-2017 After School Program to reserve a spot. - There will be busing available from the Following schools: Cook Hill elementary, Parker Farms Elementary, Dag Hammarskjold Middle, James Moran Middle, Wintergreen Magnet School of Hamden and Sheehan High Schools. - It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to contact the Board of Education to request after-school transportation to the Ulbrich Boys & Girls Club. There is a limited number of seats available from each school, and transportation signups is on a first-come, first-served basis. If any bus becomes full, we will begin a waiting list and add children as space becomes available. - Registration is complete only after all of the following are done: -- Submit a completed Membership Application for each child. Payment can be made in person, with cash or check or click here to find the PayPal link -- Come to the Club to sign member waivers and forms - All fees are non-refundable - Registration is completed on a first-come first-served process and we expect to reach capacity. It is important for our Club to serve as many children as we can. If a spot is held for your child, then our child must attend the program at least 2 times a week in order for the Club to reserve a spot for your child - Participating in Power Hour (homework completion or reading for a minimum of 30 minutes) is a requirement for all children attending the After School Program.
