Robert's is Staying in Meriden!

The Record-Journal reported and the Chamber is delighted to announce that Robert's Chrysler-Dodge on Broad Street in Meriden has received the official notification that Robert's will remain OPEN! Bob DeBaise, co-owner with his brother Tony, said "We've been here 38 years on Route 5. I wasn't going to retire to the golf course." Thursday was make or break day for Chrysler dealerships nationwide, who waited to hear whether they could con�tinue selling Chrysler cars and trucks. Chrysler, which filed for bankruptcy protection in April, shed 789 of its 3,181 dealerships nationwide. We look forward to at least another 38 years working with Robert's in our community.
