Multiple virtual Narcan Training sessions

Multiple virtual Narcan Training sessions sponsored by Rushford, The City of Meriden and the Department of Health and Human Services are Free via Zoom to the Meriden Community.This group Narcan training is an essentioal part of the overdose prevention education. Staff will provid training with the intent of empowering community members, opiate users, family and friends to save lives. Staff can do contactless delivery of Narcan to anyone who attends and would like a kit.
All Meriden residents are welcome, FREE. Please register for a training session by emailing Elizabelth DeMerchant at edemerchant@meridenct.gov or Kelsey Ludington at Kelsey.Ludington@hhchealth.org.
Sessions will be offered Sept 7th from 5:30-6:30pm, Oct 5th from 9:00-10:00am, Nov 2nd from 5:30-6:30pm and Dec 7th from 9:00-10:00am. All trainings will be held virtually. After registering, you will receive a link and password to the meeting via Zoom.
