Ion Bank Announces Top Employee of the Year for 2015

Ion Bank has awarded their top annual customer service commendation to Wayne Work, Web Developer.The Bank's SARF Award (Safety & Security, Accuracy, Responsiveness and Friendly, Personalized Service) is given every quarter to the employee who best exemplifies the Bank's service standards. From the quarterly group of recipients, an annual award recipient is chosen.
"A focus on the customer and providing outstanding customer service are fundamental features of the Bank's service standards," said Charles J. Boulier III, President & CEO, Ion Bank. "It distinguishes Ion Bank from other regional banks. It is an honor to exemplify those features."
Mr. Work has been with Ion Bank for 17 months. He is a volunteer coach for the Peter J. Foley baseball league and Naugatuck Youth Soccer. He is a native of Naugatuck where he resides with his wife, son and daughter.
