Free Virtual Workshops.

February 8, 2021

These workshops are held weekly and cover a range of age groups and topics.

The offerings are:
1. Parent Forum, "Lets talk about it", Weds 6p-7p for caregivers of children less that 12 and Thurs 6p-7p for caregivers of teens
2. Adult Social Group, "Mental Health Matters", Thurs 7p-8p for adults 18+
3. Teen Talk, Weds 4p-5p for ages 13-17
4. Carrying On; an Action Program for moving beyond Death, Divorce and other losses, Tues 6p-7p for all ages and genders
5. Girls Group, Thurs 6:15p-7:15p for girls ages 11-14 yrs.
6. Teen Wellness, Weds 5p-6p, ages 14-17, all genders welcome
7. Wellness Group for Kids, Mon 5:30p-6:30p, ages 10-13, all genders welcome
8. The Worry Warriors, Tues 5p-6p. 9-12 yrs., all genders welcome.
