Child Guidance Receives McKesson Foundation Grant

The Child Guidance Clinic for Central Connecticut, Inc is pleased to announce that they are the recipient of a $5000.00 grant for the McKesson Foundation. The grant will be used toward the renovation of the Clinic's lobby. McKesson, a fortune 17 Company headquartered in San Francisco is one of the largest healthcare companies in the world.Moore Medical a subsidiary of McKesson based out of Farmington was instrumental in assisting the Clinic in getting the grant. Gail Gagnon and the grant committee of Moore Medical saw the opportunity to make the waiting area a more pleasant place for families and siblings to spend time while waiting.
The Child Guidance Clinic is one of the largest providers of mental health services for children and their families.
