Naugatuck Savings Bank Promotes Bruce Noe

Naugatuck Savings Bank has promoted Bruce Noe to Senior Vice President of Residential and Consumer Lending. Bruce will also serve as an Executive Officer. In this role, Mr. Noe will be responsible for overseeing the Bank's entire Residential and Consumer Lending Department."Bruce's extensive residential and consumer lending experience will enable him to support and develop the department members to provide exceptional customer service and help our customers by providing them with the knowledge and understanding they need to make the right borrowing decisions", said Charles J. Boulier, III, President and CFO, Naugatuck Savings Bank.
Bruce joined Naugatuck Savings Bank in 2009 as Vice President, Senior Residential Loan Officer and Executive Officer. He has more than thirty years of lending experience at community banks in Connecticut. Among his previous employers were American Savings Bank and The Milford Bank.
Mr. Noe holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central CT State University; he also graduated from the Connecticut Bankers Association School of Finance and Management and the National School of Banking at Fairfield University. Bruce is a current member of the CT Community Bankers Association and the Bank Compliance Association of CT. He serves on the American Savings Foundation and was past Director and President of Neighborhood Housing Services of New Britain. He is a lifelong resident of Plainville.
