FREE Smoking Cessation Program

The Meriden Health Department is offering a free smoking cessation program to residents. Pregnant women, new moms, and their family members who are looking to quit or remain tobacco free are encouraged to enroll. A small group program will start on Tuesday, January 17, and run for 6 weeks. Individual counseling is also available. Nicotine replacement therapies, such as the patch, gum, or lozenge, are available to those who enroll in the program (some exclusions apply). This program is funded by the Connecticut Department of Public Health Tobacco Use and Prevention Control Program.
