Home delivered Meals for Meriden Seniors and those with chronic illness or disability. $4.00 per meal (includes beverages) add $1.00 for an additional sandwich meal (payable 1 week in advance). Delivery available Monday- Friday between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm weekend meals available too. Meals are delivered warm in microwavable containers and can be refrigerated and heated. Meals meets individual dietary needs; Hispanic meals available. No doctor referral is needed no long term commitment or expense. This service can make a big difference in people's lives by helping seniors with chronic illness or disabilities and others in Meriden continue to live independently at home by receiving a home delivered meal each day. This program also provides a daily welfare check on the recipients and emergency procedures are followed if the person does not answer the door, is sick or has fallen at home.
