Transfer Station Hours

The Transfer Station, which is located on Evansville Ave., will have additional hours for the drop off of leaves and brush only during the month of November. The additional hours are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Transfer Station will also be open on Saturday November 9, November 23 and November 30 from 7:30 AM to Noon for the drop off of leaves and brush only. These hours are in addition to the normal hours of Monday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM; Wednesday, 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM and the first and third Saturday from 7:30 AM to Noon.The curbside collection of leaves is scheduled to begin Tuesday, November 12 and will continue until Friday December 20, unless significant snow occurs before this date. Please note that leaves are to be in biodegradable bags and no plastic tape to close bags. Plastic or other non-biodegradable containers will not be accepted.
