The Greater Meriden Chamber of Commerce is planning to open an chapter of SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) in its office at 5 Colony Street in Downtown Meriden. Lester Drabkin, Chairman of the New Haven Chapter, believes that many business owners are unaware of the valuable services which his organization can provide. Sean Moore, President of the Chamber, plans to publicize the many services available to the business community provided by SCORE, which is associated with the Small Business Administration. Volunteer counselors from the Meriden area are needed - if anyone is interested, please contact the Chamber.
